I have been in private practice since 1981. During my first two decades as an attorney, I worked for some of the top law firms in the Wilmington area before starting my own practice. I have a long track record of success in litigating cases at all levels of the court system. This includes a Delaware Supreme Court case that resulted in a new precedent securing COBRA health benefits to all persons disabled in car accidents involving Delaware no-fault insurance.
