Elwood T. Eveland, Jr., (Woody) is a 1981 graduate of Delaware Law School
of Widener University, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi, the
legal honors fraternity, and the Moot Court Honor Society. Woody
was also a member of the law school's initial International Law
Moot Court Team. Woody graduated from Rutgers University with his
undergraduate degree in political science and history. Woody is
a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Delaware
Bar Association, the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the
workers compensation and torts and insurance sections of the bar
association. Woody is licensed to practice in Delaware and the United
States District Court for the District of Delaware. He lives in NCC with his wife, Susan and is the father of four children, with whom he remains active in youth sports.
Dennis A. Mason, II is a 1998 graduate of the Widener University School of Law, where he was a member of the Juvenile Justice Program, advocating the rights of minors, and the Delaware Civil Clinic, providing legal services to the indigent and victims of domestic violence. Dennis graduated from the University of Delaware with his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. Dennis is the firm's case manager and is responsible for management of the firm's large and diverse caseload. He lives in the city of Wilmington where he is active in his community and with the Wilmington Lawyer Softball League.
